Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. Customers pay you directly by UPI or bank transfer. You pay only your plan fee, and the Free plan costs nothing.
How do customers pay?
At checkout they see your UPI QR code or bank details, pay in their own app, then upload the payment screenshot. You confirm the payment in your bank or UPI app and accept the order.
Do I need a website or technical skills?
No. Add your business details, payment details and products, choose a Store Style and publish. Most sellers are live in a few minutes.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on paid plans. Point your domain to us and we verify it and set up SSL. Your store also works at 123cart.in/yourstore from day one.
Why do you verify sellers?
To keep customers safe from fraud. You confirm your email when you sign up and upload one proof of identity or business within 7 days. You can sell while we review it.
