123Cart provides technology for building and hosting online stores. This disclaimer explains the difference between the platform and the businesses that use it.

The platform and the merchants are different

Each store on 123Cart is owned and operated by an independent merchant. The merchant, not 123Cart, is the seller. The merchant is responsible for:

• their products and services, and whether they are lawful, safe and as described;
• prices, taxes, invoices, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties;
• all statements, images and claims on their store;
• communicating with customers and resolving their orders;
• complying with the laws that apply to their business.

Payments

Customers pay merchants directly by UPI or bank transfer. 123Cart does not receive, hold or refund that money. Confirm the payee name shown in your payment app before paying.

Verification

123Cart asks merchants to verify their email and to submit a proof of identity or business, and reviews those submissions. This helps reduce abuse, but it does not mean that 123Cart has checked or endorses every merchant, product, claim or transaction, and a "verified" status is not a guarantee.

Our responsibility

123Cart is responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care and for meeting its own legal obligations. Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
